After the heat shrink barrier bags are packaged with goods, the air is vacuumed out and the shrink wrap goes directly around the product. This is followed by short-term immersion in hot water or by putting it through a hot-air tunnel.
THICKNESS AND WIDTH
Heat shrink bags are available in two film thicknesses:
- We offer bags with widths of 350, 400, 450, 500, 600 mm at a thickness of 40 μm
- In the 90 μm thickness we offer bags of 300, 400, 500 mm widths
